The mad as hell media crowd ran out the Governor of California Proposition 13 style, with a petition and a charismatic celebrity. Reaching directly to the people with television, as both Jarvis and Ronald Reagan did, the moneyed establishment could get us to act against our interests by pushing a button or two."
